    LEVEL 1

    A. STRENGTH

    Back squat
    5×5 ascending

    -Superset with:

    30-60 sec chest-to-wall handstand hold
    Aim for longer holds than last time

    B. CONDITIONING

    EMOM 10:
    7 knee tucks + 6 burpees

    LEVEL 2

    A. STRENGTH

    Back squat
    5×5, 80% across

    -Superset with:

    Max strict chest-to-wall HSPU

    B. CONDITIONING

    EMOM 10:
    5 TTB + 6 burpees
