    LEVEL 1

    Strict push-up ladder

    -Rest 5 minutes-

    1/2 BW power clean ladder

    For the ladder pattern, perform one rep the first minute, two reps the second minute, three reps the third minute, continuing as long as you are able. Use as many sets each minute as needed.

    LEVEL 2

    Ring push-up ladder

    -Rest 5 minutes-

    3/4 BW power clean ladder

    For the ladder pattern, perform one rep the first minute, two reps the second minute, three reps the third minute, continuing as long as you are able. Use as many sets each minute as needed.

    In teams of 4, 18 min AMRAP:

    Station 1: Row 300m
    Station 2: Ring Push-up (L1 – Narrow Grip Push-up)
    Station 3: Box Jump (24″/20″)
    Station 4: Rest

    In this workout Station 1 is the pace setter. Once 300m Row is complete all stations rotate. Score is the team total no. of Box Jumps and Ring Push ups

    Back squat
    Build to a heavy single, then,
    90% of that x 1 x 3

    Ring push-ups (feet on box)
    Max reps between back squat sets

    B.
    6 rounds
    5 lateral box jump overs
    100m sprint

    Your rest is the walk back to the box. Each 100m must be an all out sprint.
    Feet MUST land on box on the jump over. Alternate start direction each round.

    WoD Conditioning

    A.
    Back squat
    3-3-3-3-3

    Ring push-ups
    Max reps between back squat sets

    B.
    6 rounds
