    LEVEL 1

    A: STRENGTH

    Overhead reverse lunge
    5 x 5/leg

    B: CONDITIONING

    For time:
    21 power snatch, 35/20
    42 air squats
    15 power snatch
    30 air squats
    9 power snatch
    18 air squats

    LEVEL 2

    A: STRENGTH

    Overhead squat
    Build to a heavy single in 20 minutes

    Work from racks and either push jerk or split jerk from the back to get it overhead. Do not attempt to push press.

    B: CONDITIONING

    For time:
    21 power snatch, 35/20
    42 air squats
    15 power snatch
    30 air squats
    9 power snatch
    18 air squats

    Build to your heaviest 1 for the day in 8 sets

    Max box jump step downs

    Rest 1 minute and repeat for a total of 7 rounds.

    LEVEL 2

    A. GYMNASTICS CONDITIONING

    5 sets of:
    3 strict parallette/deficit HSPU
    Rest 30 secs
    30 sec parallette/plate L-sit
    Rest 30 secs

    B. CONDITIONING

    In 2 minutes:
    15 C2B pull-ups
    21 OHS, 35/25
    Max box jump step downs

    Rest 1 minute and repeat for a total of 7 rounds.
