Andre Gadney, our newest intern coach, is a previous national gymnast. He is keen on running gymnastics classes. These classes will focus on improving mobility, midline stability (core strength), and ultimately your ability to control your own body. This is a great opportunity. All we need to do is find a time that is going to be suitable. If you’re interested let me know what days/times suit you.
