Team Workout
In 3 teams, complete 2 rounds of:
Max rep box jumps
Max rep monkey bar traverse
12 x 50m KB farmer’s walk (32/24kg)
Each team begins at a different station. The team performing the farmer’s walks are the pace setters with the goal of completing the walks as fast as possible to limit the amount of box jump and monkey bar reps the other two teams accumulate.
The teams rotate station when the team on the farmer’s walks complete the 12 laps. Rotate until each team completes each station twice.
Score is the total amount of box jumps and monkey bar climbs completed by the team.
