An online booking system is in place for the morning classes only.

Classes begin and end promptly on time. Note CrossFit Jozi Rule 1:  Arrive on time. Being late disrupts the coach and class, and you miss the workout briefing and warm-up. If you’re late, it’s 5 burpees per minute. But don’t leave, we’d rather you join in then turn away.
