Mike’s passion to be a coach was ignited after completing his CrossFit Level 1 Certification. He travelled to Park City,Utah, USA, for 6 months to intern under world renowned CrossFit coach and athlete, Chris Spealler, to learn the ins and outs of being a professional coach. During his time in the USA he travelled to several states and affiliates to attend many of CrossFit’s leadingcCertifications. His goals are to share all that I have learned and to keep on learning.
Mike’s philosophy as a coach is to learn, achieve and share. To make it possible for people to achieve their individual goals regardless of where they are on the spectrum of physical training. Most importantly, Mike cares about people. This is where his passion for coaching stems from.
