I’ve lost a lot of weight and, and my knee and back pain is gone.

Enjoying some time with family and friends and cooking with my girlfriend.

Since joining, I’m much more focused on healthy eating, I’ve stopped smoking and also cut back on drinking.

The most significant change in my health since starting CrossFit has been:
Down one size in trousers and shoes and almost two sizes in tops!
